Welcome to our Halloween night, as you can see from the pictures below everybody had a great night and all went well, the venue was the perfect place to hold the event and it looked fantastic. The children and volunteers worked hard during the previous weeks to create all manner of decorations to liven up the Cherwell Centre, we even had Boris the spider, you couldn't of swatted him if you tried (he was too big) lol.
We had face painting on for the children as you will see when you view the pictures, don't they look wonderful. We also had awards for the best costumes which was hard for the judges to judge as there were so many inventive costumes on the night.
We decided to put food on for the guest and had chillie with jacket potatoes and chicken korma with jacket potatoes. The tuck shop was open as usual and they children enjoyed their toffee and chocolate apples along with the cornflake cakes.
As you can see the pumkins were an outstanding success, from Chepstow Community Garden. The kids took part in growing them and designing them, what a superb display of their talents.
